Incredible.. Limewashed floors and walls, divine leather door pulls, the dining chairs are made from old jeans and t-shirts, and that bed…. Hendrix is in lurve again.. A pad worthy of rockstar status.. images via Sothebys (it’s under contract, be quick)
Hendrix loves a trendy workspace, and Nike UK has outdone themselves, courtesy of Rosie Lee Design. Images and an awesome video (watch if you have a minute or 2) via SneakerFreaker – Spread across 3 floors, and featuring graphic artwork inspired by the Brand’s iconic range, it certainly doesn’t seem like a boring place to
hang out in work….
Hendrix apologises for the small hiatus! (and also for talking in the third person) Even rockstars have to work.. I digress, and fall hook, line and sinker for these uber clever lighting installations which appear as though peeling from the wall / ceiling / table.. As spotted on Yellowtrace and added to the expanding lighting lust file.. enjoy..
Gold, brass, copper… Next big thing. Hendrix’s abode is full of gilded treasure, partly thanks to a much utilised can of paint.. Adding some bling to your pad is easy, and adding it to your wardrobe is even easier.. he he..
Hendrix has been onto Vexta for a while. This very kewl ariste chicky brings her unique style to the streets and lucky peepz interior walls through her neon arty bitz and amazing talent. Check her out at Vexta – you won’t regret it. Promise. Peace out.
Hendrix and gardens… ? Only when they’re this kewl and this hard to kill. Fytogreen is the Oz stockist of the system used on the exterior wall of the Block twenty thirteen … I feel a project coming on…
Hendrix loves a bit of wallpaper action, but never thought of wallpapering the ceiling!! Wonder if my landlord would mind…….? Enjoy..
Canlove create these super kewl works of genius and colour from recycled spray cans, discarded by graffiti artists. Check out their website, they do some other really cool stuff too, but the bouquets are my fave.. oh the joy of the can can.. can man can.
Humpday neon lovin from Lovestar – Brisvegas based purveyors of neon perspex fun. Did I mention neon enough?
Techné Architects are my new heroes with this incredible reno of the Prahran Hotel in Melbourne town.. Right around the corner from one of my favourite streets – where the good looking peeps hang – Chapel Street. Concrete Pipes form a massive wall to the street and also serve as booths… um, ah-mahzing. Incredible interior with greenery, industrial and recycled materials. Book me a flight, I’m moving in.
